Oxfordshire Woodland Group

The Oxfordshire Woodland Group are now seeking to recruit a person to undertake administrative duties for The Group.

Duties include preparing Trustee meeting agendas & minutes of meeting, maintaining the Group bank account, preparing the annual Charities Commission submission, arranging Group visits & lectures, maintaining the Group membership data base, acting as a focal point for Group Trustee support & coordination. All Group communications are internet and email based and hence the secretary would need to be reasonably proficient with computer / smart phone based skills.

This position attracts an annual honourarium payment that will grow as the Group turnover increases. In due course it is anticipated that the secretary will aspire to become a Group Trustee.

It would be important for the secretary to have a love of woodland together with all associated ecosystems and countryside crafts.
