It was reported on BBC Radio 4 that the Lynx might be about to make a reappearance here in the UK ( Scotland ).

On a recent (Feb 2015) BBC Radio Berkshire programme presenter Anne Diamond reported that she saw a wild boar wandering in the countryside on her daily drive between Oxford and Caversham.

Another BBC TV programme Inside Out has provided valuable information that helps to explain the natural behaviour of wild boar.
