We are sad to report the death of Oxfordshire Woodland Group Trustee Maurice Thomas who served the Group in this role for over 40 years.

His funeral will be held at 11:30am on Thursday 30th July 2026 at St Giles church, Tetsworth, Oxon. Please park in the field adjacent to the church.

The repast provided afterwards by his family at his former home in Watlington was exemplary, befitting Maurice's lifelong generous nature. A true countryman !
