This North Hampshire half hipped truncated cruck timber-framed open hall exhibits some features of interest.

The cruck blades have been inverted i.e. the top end of the log has been set at ground level.

The cruck blades have been halved from the same log and framed as a matching (mirror image) pair.

The heart of the tree is clearly visible in the nearest cruck blade.
