Oxfordshire Woodland Group

The Oxfordshire Woodland Craft Group are a small informal group of green woodworking pole lathe enthusiasts (Bodgers) that meet about four times a year in Foxcombe woods, Wootton, near Abingdon to learn green woodworking craft skills and enjoy each other's company.

The group meets in Foxcombe Woods just to the right of South Lodge on Foxcombe Drive (A private road). This is directly opposite Lincombe Lane just off Fox Lane on Boars Hill, Oxford. The entrance is 100 yds above “The Fox” Pub. Enter the wood through the gate on the left and there is a small car parking space near where we work. We hang a sign on the gate when we are in residence!
